Our Charities
Men of the Barbershop Harmony Society - all over the world - are concerned that music will always be a part of our culture, particularly that children will know the joy of singing. To this end, both nationally and locally, ‘barbershoppers’ are pleased to support music in the schools. Both by grants of money and by direct assistance in school music projects, members of the Overland Stage Chorus are active in encouraging a variety of music programs in area schools. In addition the chorus is pleased to assist the Salvation Army with bell-ringing each holiday season and makes every effort to reach audiences of seniors in retirement communities.
