Rome members,
Hear ye, Hear ye! The latest news is out and not to be redundant but I am sending it to you via email, you can read some of it in the news letter (volume 2, which is attached) and you can see it on the Rome Division website (www.harmonize.com/romedivision). What you need to know is: 1.Saturday, 9/12/09 - Rome picnic and novice quartet contest It's NOT TOO LATE! Come even at the last minute (would prefer if you let me know). $10.00 gets you all this: 12:00 Picnic starts-Greetings, signup, get acquainted time. 12:30 games, fellowship and drinks. 1:30 Novice quartet contest 2:30 Special guest entertainment 2:50 Contest winner announcement and door prizes 3:00 Catered dinner 4:00 Announcements, acknowledgements and 50/50 4:15 to dark fellowship, singing and closing 2.Saturday, 9/26/09 House of Delegates meeting in Columbus Every chapter should send a delegate, give their 2 cents and get a buck! 3.Sunday, 9/20/09 Rome Chorus-repertoire and Christmas songs 4.Saturday, 10/3/09 North Hills Cabaret details to follow. 5.Saturday, 10/10/09 Wheeling Chapter Show-details to follow. 6.Sunday, 10/11/09 Rome Chorus-Xmas music. 7.Oct.16,17,18/09 JAD Convention in Lima, Ohio 8.Saturday, 10/24/09 Pittsburgh Metro Chapter Show-details to follow. I know that you can't do it all so support and have fun with your chapter first then do what fits in with your schedule. Just enjoy what singing and fellowship can bring to your life!
