Bulletin judge hero of the year

At the last minute an appointed L&R judge for the IBC withdrew. An emergency appeal to L&R judges produced a volunteer, willing to come out of retirement for this one last service. PROBE Hall of Honor person, former PROBEmoter editor, and all around friend of PROBE Herb Bayles received an award for "Service Above and Beyond," signed by President Waldo Redekop, VP-BE Grant Carson, IBC Chairman Dick Girvin and L&R Category Specialist Don Heist, well deserved.
