While we love that our job onstage is to sing and to provide an excellent entertainment experience - once we do that, if we're able to provide you with a CD or DVD as a memento of your experience, we also greatly enjoy being able to converse with you and meet you individually. This is a bonus to us as a group. That said, please keep in mind that selling these products is not our hobby or our business. There's no "staff" or anyone doing this for us - it's just Brian or Bob sending you a CD in the mail. We have regular jobs and real families who miss us when we're gone and we sing and travel quite a bit. When we gather a few orders together that we can send all out at the same time so that we don't spend even more time away from our loved ones, we are glad to do so. However, if what you're looking for is just a package with the wrapper on it and aren't concerned with who it comes from, there are other sites online that sell our products for slightly more and who will provide quick, efficient service because they are solely dedicated to selling products online and that's what they do all day.
