"Coconuts" – A Barbershop Quartet

Four guys that got together in May of 2009 to sing at a teacher’s retirement party. All four are members of the Longmont chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS). They performed with the “Longs Peak Chorus” for the December Christmas concert. They sang “Christmas Island” which added a Hawaiian flavor to the show, hence the name “Coconuts”.

The Tenor is Paul West, a retired IBM employee.
The Lead is Jack Kinney, also sings Tenor and Bass and is a retired IBM employee.
The Baritone is Bill Sachs, a retired high school teacher from California.
The Bass is Luke Lorenz, a retired Boulder Valley High Counselor, Luke also sings Baritone.
