Steve has been a Barbershopper since 1967 and a
Certified Judge since 1980. He has
judged the International Contest 11 times.
Steve served on the Category Board of Review for most of his judging
years and was the Music Category Specialist for 2002-2004. In 2005 he was awarded the C&J program “Award of Excellence.” Steve has served as faculty at
Barb has been a Sweet Adeline since 1973. She has directed numerous choruses as well as acted as Choreographer, Section Leader, and Music Team Specialist. She has also served on Regional Musical Faculty. Barb has competed at Regional and Internationals many times and has won Regional quartet championships and with High Time and Brillante (Region 8), and Regional Chorus Championships with Farmington Valley (Region 1), Skyline (Region 8), Yankee Maids (Region 1), and currently Spirit of the Gulf (Region 9) International 7th place chorus. Barb has judged Young Women in Harmony (YWIH) contests and coached YWIH champion quartets, Regional Champion Quartets, and Regional Champion Choruses around the world.
