It winds along a creek / park, making several 90 degree turns. Enter the large parking lot inside a chain-link fence on the right. or, From Lowell Blvd (north-south): Turn West onto 68th Ave. It turns right and becomes Osceola Street. Parking lot, chain-link fence on the left.
